Who we are

Clay Studios is a design studio working on software, UI/UX, and web design. This page explains what information we collect when you visit our site or work with us, and how we handle it.

1. Information we collect

There's no analytics, no tracking cookies, and no hidden data collection running in the background. The only information we ever receive is what you choose to give us directly — for example, if you email us or fill out a contact form, we'll have your name, email, and whatever else you decide to share.

If you become a client, we'll naturally handle project files and communications as part of delivering the work — but that's information you've shared with us for a specific purpose, not something we've collected from you.

2. How we use it

To reply to your inquiry.

To deliver the project you've hired us for.

We don't send marketing emails unless you've explicitly asked to be added to a mailing list, and you can opt out anytime.

3. Sharing

We don't sell or rent your information. We only share what's necessary with the tools we use to run the studio and deliver projects — for example hosting provider, email provider, project management tool. These are standard, reputable services bound by their own privacy commitments.

4. Your rights

Since we don't collect or store data beyond what you directly share with us, your rights are simple:

For a studio our size, this is usually handled directly and quickly, not through a formal request system.

5. Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. No surprise rewrites.
